Established in 2019 by Cairelle Perilloux and Laura Hegle, the Sanctuary of Brigid is a USA-based, Goddess-oriented, informal collective of magical women with a focus on community and individual service.

Our Mission

The Sanctuary of Brigid exists to preserve and perpetuate the unique culture and practice of Goddess-centered devotion to Brigid, to build and strengthen a unified alliance of sisterhood of women supporting women in their individual endeavors, to provide information to all who seek to learn about Brigid, and to offer the opportunity to be of service by facilitating endeavors that uplift Brigid in a myriad of ways.

Be the Example, Wherever You Are!

While we do strive to fulfill our mission, the Sanctuary of Brigid is not a formal organization and, with the exception of the Brigid’s Light anthology that is managed separately by the-co-founders, does not ever collect or distribute funds. Instead, we encourage all people to exemplify Brigid’s example of love, compassion, and good will toward others right where they are, in their own spaces and places. In that way, Brigid’s message will spread far and wide!
